Horrible representatives

We are so disappointed by Stonecreek Dental. There have been so many issues. They first canceled our appointment with no notice, no empathy and refused to reschedule unless it was next year, 2024. Once escalated, they 'found us an appointment.' Lots of negative attitude with their team. Once we had an appointment, we received a huge bill. No notice about insurance coverage when the treatment was happening. When I called, the rep was horrible, rude, interrupting and blamed this on me. We are so disappointed and will look for a different dentist. Do NOT waste your time. They are horrible.
