Terrible billing department

My son had three appointments in Jan, March, and May. I got billed for all three appointment and paid them in full. In November I got a new bill with extra amounts on all three bills, I called and asked why twice, and was never given an answer. Less than a month after, I got collections notice saying that I had an outstanding amount. Now I am frustrated and upset with such an unprofessional staff and billing department. I would never recommend.
