Poor quality and customer service

10 year old sons glasses broke within a month off having them. Was given their option of replacing them 1 time under warranty, but was advised that because they were only bent not to waste it. Fast forward 2 months later and decided to fix them as it bothers my son. Only 10 minutes after walking out, the nose piece broke off. Called back and asked for who is in charge (she had to think about it) and spoke with Chad who offered nothing other than fixing the notepad itself. When I suggested it can be done anywhere and that they were not local, he said it was my choice and hung up on me. Not professional at all, buyer beware.
