After a period of staff turnover that seemed to disrupt operations, this place seems to have their bits together again, for which I'm thankful as a long-term patient. Recent visit was flawless from texted appointment reminders to patient checkout and everything in-between. All staff I encountered were efficient, friendly and professional. Annual eye exam and refraction process took about an hour from start to finish with only minimal wait times.

From registration upon arrival until checkout after appointment i received caring and truly friendly professional treatment.

Depending on the need, I would see various qualified assistants who wasted no time getting the information the doctor will need to make the decisions for my further treatment if needed. During the busiest office times you might wonder how they can handle that kind of workload, but they do it very efficiently. If my eyes need further treatment, they will explain in detail and let me know if there is any thing I can do on my own or what they will be able to do next.

Dr. Orr was highly recommended by Dr. Wires, and he agreed to see me as soon as possible. He explained the treatment he would use and we scheduled that for 2 weeks later. He is soft spoken but he repeated when asked.

When I was taken to the first room for preliminaries by Rosalia omg such a warm and loving person. she asked several times if i was comfortable; or did i understand everything; oh my what great service. Then i was taken to the next room to see the Doctor and there I felt so at home she made me feel that I was a person not just a number as I did at other eye care facilities in Findlay. I got worked in to see Dr. Hoying for an acute problem. She was quick, efficient and thorough. She explained what needed to be done, did the job, and I was on my way.

For a very busy practice, the doctors are very thorough. They test, review results, and answer questions. The facility is a clean and modern. I believe their techniques, testing etc is very up-to-date.
