Contracted covid for the second time. Because of my med HX, Dr. Shelli Ridge said if I contracted covid I would probably die. I could not get an appointment after I tested positive for covid. Was told it would be 3-4 months. Dr. Ridge was no longer with the practice. WM nurse said her son had it, she kept him home, "took very, very good care of him, and he didn't need to see a doctor or go to the hospital." I asked if he was 69, and a heart patient with 2 autoimune disorders. She hung up. Two days later I received a letter saying I was discharged from the practice because of my attitude.

Hold times are ridiculous when just trying to schedule an appointment. Once was on hold almost 10 minutes. another time 6 minutes, one time, hung up on. Gave up on trying to call for an appointment so I requested one on the portal. NO ONE ever got back to me. It's terrible patient service. They need to overhaul the way calls are handled or at least respond to appointment requests on their portal. It's very frustrating and I'm almost to the point of looking for another provider, and that's just sad because I really wanted to keep my healthcare within my home town.
