Practice

Lab work is drawn on certain Saturday mornings and there’s a kiosk to sign in, but, apparently staff is far and few. The lady sitting at the doctors section ignored us for 10 minutes when I finally asked if someone was here for lab draws. She responded yes. Another 5 minutes later she decided to get up and walk to the back. Came back and sat down. Another 5 minutes later a person comes out with her drink and sits at the other window. I finally say “is someone here to draw labs?” She responds “yeah, I thought you were here for the doctor” I reply” we signed in on the kiosk for labs, and that lady knew we were here for labs, you mean the kiosk is for looks and you people can’t communicate in this small office?”“I can get you registered here”After another 3 minutes of “registering” she finally says “you can come on back.”Wow.
