Outrageous

Well my cleaning was exceptional and had a CT done, needed attention of an ENT, but, in order for them to create a cd to give to my ENT, I had to pay a convenience fee of $300+first, pick it up and deliver myself to my doctor!!! Ridiculous!! I will not b going here ever again..
