These reviewers are generous. Trifling experience from the time I walked in until I literally walked out.

1. Called many times without getting an answer or voicemail.2. Asked to sign forms that were printed with the ink so low, they were literally unreadable. 3. Asked to sign a form stating that I had received their privacy practices. Had to speak to three different people to get someone to understand they hadn't given me the privacy form.4. Never seen less than an hour past appointment time. On the last visit, I sat and waited for half-an-hour past appointment time before they even asked for my insurance card. 5. Told I had to pay their credit card fees. Went to get cash, and when I came back I was told that I had to wait for everyone else to be seen first. When I pointed out that the doctor had already been running 40 minutes behind when I left, I was told I wouldn't be seen at all that day. The doctor had to call personally while I was driving home to say I could be seen if I came back.
