Rude workers, bad customer service and providers

Beware… Ask "the right questions"....Not all insurance coverage was given to us at our evaluation appointments. Summer 2021 My daughter had a consultation for wisdom teeth removal. At that time they ran our insurance to tell us what our part would be. Our cost ended up being just over $1000. Fast forward to today. I called to schedule an evaluation for our 2nd daughter to have her wisdom teeth removed as well. This time they tell me that they are out-of-network for our major medical insurance. (this wasn't mentioned last year for daughter #1). We called our major medical to see if we have coverage for wisdom teeth removal and it turns out that we do, IF we use an in-network facility the co-pay will only be $100. Why didn't East Columbus Oral Surgery ask us if we had Major Medical insurance? That's our question. If we had been given all the information about the coverage of our insurance (Medical & Dental) we would have certainly gone to an in-network provider & not have had any w
