My husband had a cystoscopy today with Dr Rousseau. We SO appreciated the wonderful bedside manner he had and when we had our list of questions, he moved to a position of squatting next to my husband to allow an eye to eye conversation (vs towering over him). He was patient with us as we sought answers to many questions. I appreciate a doctor who isn't intimidated by his patients seeking information and questioning why, or asking about alternative treatments! I'm sure we kept him over his extended time, but he never hurried us and truly cared about his patient! Thank you Dr Rousseau, I'm so happy God blessed us to be under your care!

I have been a patient at this group for 19 yrs. I have seen 2 doctors over the years and have not been unhappy with their care, however, communication with the offices are. poor at best. It takes several days to even receive a call back from a medical assistant with the attempt to even get a message to your physician. It is virtually impossible to receive a call back from your doctor with this group. Often times the office personnel have no idea what assistants are even working for which doctors. Years ago I tried discussing this issue with the office manager and it was impossible to receive a call returned. It appears from what conversations I have had that the assistants mainly communicate with their doctors through messages and not by talking with them. This can be extremely frustrating for patients. I am not a patient that contacts my doctor often, maybe once a year, but when I do need to discuss an issue, it would be helpful for me to receive calls back in a timely manner.

The office environment is professional, friendly and fast.

Scheduling, communication, patient portal, and billing processes are lacking; lack of attention to detail in my medications list, didn’t respect my privacy when handling PHI, didn’t give me proper instructions for a procedure, some (not all) nurses were cold, rude, or aloof. Physicians seemed competent, but the initial one really wasn’t suited to address my needs. I started with another from the same group but it’s too soon to tell if the outcome is positive. I’d rate them as just ok and would go elsewhere if I were to do it over again.

After being examined, I had a prostate procedure that included biopsies. I was informed of the results personally by the surgeon on a phone call. The next day I was asked about a molecular evaluation of the biopsies. I was ill with covid for my next appointment, so it was a virtual visit. I was informed that I need radiation treatment and I am now scheduled to meet with that specialist. If I hadn’t been properly examined and offered the testing, my cancer would have continued to spread without the treatment option. I’m grateful for the opportunity to treat my cancer.

Everyone was very well organized and friendly. Answered all questions that I had and kept me informed of time for procedure or any delays there might be. All take the time to talk with you prior to procedure, which is great if you have a question. Best place, doctors, nurses, assistants and anesthesiologists that anyone could ask to take care of them. Dr. Delworth is an excellent doctor. I am blessed to have him as my doctor. Would recommend The Urology Group to everyone.

I have been a nurse for 30 years and 2 things are important to me when selecting a physician, 1st being knowledge and second is bedside manner. Dr. Stephen Bennett is amazing, he knows his stuff, has a great bedside manner and a sense of humor that puts you at ease. The staff are great and my experiences have all been very positive.

Very professional check in , the nurse who took care of for my procedure was excellent : compassionate , professional and talented . Dr Kuhn was the best, knowledgeable and very compassionate , caring . I felt I was in the best hands I would ever pray for

I would suggest that if you want to go here for simple stuff go ahead. If you are going here for a diagnosis of prostrate cancer I would make sure you get a second opinion. Maybe I am being a bit disgruntled but they are trying to sell you on their gamma knife type radiation technology. I came away from their apprehensive and very concerned. When I went for a second opinion I found that I barely have enough cancer to worry about at this time with an entirely different outlook. So very disappointed in this practice and will not be going back.
