Biopsy three weeks ago and NO RESULTS!!!! Emailed provider two weeks ago and NO RESPONSE!!!

Infusion center drops the ball
I love Dr. Melanie Green. She has been so helpful with my diagnosis and treatment. But the infusion center and additional help are the worst I decided to start treatment November 27th. It took weeks of calls and email with no response to finally get an appt set up for my infusion on Dec 23. At my appt I was informed in a few weeks I will receive a call to set up my next shot. Here we are on March 22, once again after weeks of calls and texts I am fighting to get my shot. I have now gone back to having flare ups and being miserable. I was told they had to apply for pre auth and they would get me steroids in the meantime. Prescription for steroids never sent. My shot came in this morning but unfortunately the only time they have available today doesn't work for me I expressed my frustration with the company and how I'm fed up. The infusion nurse then states to me these appts have been set out for weeks. Well no duh if someone was doing their job mine would have been also!
