Dr. Vogt was great. She listened and understand my situation. She explained what I needed and even had suggestions. Saw Dr. Haaf years ago. This is why I wanted to return.

Both the Blue Ash and Norwood offices are run efficiently. The staff at each facility are courteous and professional. Both Dr. Kirsh and Dr. Wirtz are outstanding.

The Dr visit went very well. She listened and I felt she took the time to answer my questions and provide answers that I could understand. The only area that I could see improvement would be in the sample collection- by the time I deposited my sample, there were 3 other samples waiting to be collected- that gave me a little anxiety that the samples could be mixed up or unintentionally knocked over by another patient when leaving their sample.

Registration is easy. Very little waiting time. Courteous staff at check-in and check-out. Dr Wirtz took the time to explain all the options and recommended a path forward. The Urology group takes the time to check with the Insurance to make sure the path selected is covered.
