Horrible Scheduling Practices good luck getting in

Had a recommendation from physician to get my girlfriend into this facility, they never answer the phones. Got them on the phone one time to give them all required info and they said they'd call back, never received the call back. Went in person and the doors are locked. Found another practice that cares about seeing people get better and ACTUALLY RECEIVE mental health help.

Worst counseling office I’ve ever been to

I went to see a counselor bc I was obviously struggling. I made the mistake of telling them I use marijuana medicinally. The counselor tried to force me into treatment bc of it. I let him know I would not be taking his advice and that he had thoroughly upset me. He continued to push his agenda even though I wanted to talk about why I was actually there. I decided to just leave and he forced me to still pay my copay even though he didn’t help me. He in fact caused me even more mental anguish. It’s taking me almost 2 years to even speak out on this. They are a disgrace to the mental health field and do more damage than good.
