Doctor awesome; staff/interns disorganized

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Altman’s for many years - I came in for my appointment on time and waited in line behind a young person who got in the building ahead of me. Though his appointment was for 40 minutes after mine (I heard him say the time), they took him first, because, according to the assistant “oh, it was the first chart I saw” - which left me waiting an extra 20 minutes just to get in the exam room
