Up to August 5 I’ve not had any issues here. Then my appointment was canceled because Dr was sick I had been waiting about 3 months for this appointment.The next appointment they could give me was august 28 which I took but then had to cancel. I asked to see an another Dr and was told No. then I get a letter stating that they were dropping me as a patient because of no-shows so I called I spoke to colleen I’m asking her what the no-shows were and one was in March and I had the time wrong so I was late and they called it a no-show and the last one was August 28 even though I canceled it the woman on the phone kept it open in case I came and then claimed I was a no-show. I was gonna fight this, but for my own sanity, I’ve decided to go elsewhere. I felt that I would not be welcome at Southgate. I’m sure there’d be a pop-up saying I was trouble and it would only be a matter of time since that they kicked me out again anyway I would not ever Tell anyone to go there
