As a Health Care provider myself, I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Lee-Kwen and his PA-C, Sammy. I had never met this MD or PA and this was a second opinion after years of quick 'in and out' appts at a one of the largest and well known Neurology offices in Buffalo, where I felt that we were in the Grand Central station of Medicine with Speedy visits, MD's clearly under the gun in terms over overbooking per hour. Dr Kwen and Sammy PA-C were the most thorough, amazing, compassionate and invested Health Care providers I have met in a very long time. Kudos to them for 'digging their heels in' and not falling prey to institutionalized medicine where the CEO and office managers are so demanding in terms of 'increasing number of patients' per hour which ultimately dilutes patient care.
