I have called the Eye Center 15 times left three messages and still no response. I stopped in shortly after my last call and there were 3 receptionists sitting there doing nothing. I sat down and waited to pick up my wifes glasses and called again. The phone did not even ring there i pressed 6 for the glasses place it was ringing on my phone but not there... again leave a message and we will get back to you. It seemed like i was bothering them to pick up her glasses. I paid the balance for them because insurance did not cover transistion lenses. Got home with them and they are not even transitions have been calling repeatedly and leaving messages still no response........ So i canceled the check and will wait for them to contact me about payment i guess lol......On a side note i asked for a hard case for the glasses for better protection (she does not need to wear them all the time) Was informed that the soft junk case is what insurance covers and they do not have extra hard cases....
