Five months and still have pieces of bone remain

Went in June to have all my teeth on top taken out with two wisdom teeth then waited two months for all the pieces of bone come out didn’t happen went back to Nova to have the bone removed the dr used novocaine across the top and cut the gum open at the same time I was in such pain because he was going so fast I was shaking an crying well then I had to wait 6 more weeks to heal an get impressions for my dentures on the top right side I can feel there’s a lot of bone in there I would never tell anyone to go to Jim he prides himself on being in an out within 25 minutes that’s not enough time to make time to do what he’s doing
