Billing Dept Nightmare

Unfortunately for the wonderful providers at this office who cared for my husband in the hospital, I am appalled at the shady billing practices and inability to speak to a real person from this office not the national Corporate office. We paid the bill to the provider. It was REFUNDED unknown to us and then we were sent to collections. Settled with collections and now find out they sent the same bill (paid twice now, mind you) to a second collection agency. I have no idea what to do at this point besides fight this second collection agency. Gee thanks.
