Sincere Medical

Upon attempting to make an appointment, I was told my medical records needed to be sent over from my old doctor. My old doctor was great, I would still be seeing them if they accepted my insurance and didn't change locations. Regardless, I made sure they were faxed over to Sincere.After 2 weeks passed, I was told nothing was received. I called my previous doctor to make sure the records were sent, they were. Not just that, while I was on the phone, they were re-sent to Sincere via the fax number I provided.I called Sincere back to confirm I had the correct fax number, luckily I did. I felt I had annoyed them enough for the day, so I called back the next day to be told 'We haven't received anything'.Seeing as I was present when the records were sent over a second time, I can only assume:1) The fax machine does not workor2) They are simply not doing their job for one reason or anotherAll I needed was a doctors note and a referral too. All this work for zero outcome.
