Sent prescription to wrong pharmacy. Call went to answering service although office was open 2 more hours. Did not request mri authorization as they were supposed to. When i called to find out why it was not done, the expedited getting the authorization, but for the wrong facility. In the past, they were doubled paid by insurance and myself. It took months to get a refund, even after multiple calls.

These people are the biggest idiots I’ve ever dealt with in my life

First time having to come to the office, very friendly PA and nursing staff. Front desk and management are terrible! Torn ACL and they gave me issues receiving paperwork after my mom came to the office to pick it up (since I can't walk or drive). Provided them with an email in regards to consent to release information and was told I need to write it down on paper. PAPER we are in 2021 everything is done by computers now. Why make it more difficult for patients. An upgrade to the system is a must and training mangers how to handle patients care should be looked at. The manager Catherine Bertuna, had no care in the world in regards to the situation and told me "she couldn't help me if it wasn't written". I work for a medical facility as well and there's a better way to handle a situation. Find another place if you can !
