I was given the wrong prescription for contacts and have been trying to correct it for over 3 weeks. The office and doctors never respond to the messages I leave. This is the worst customer service and worst eye doctor's office I've ever experienced. It's actually the worst health care service I've ever had. My eyes now physically hurt and ache, and I will probably have to pay out of pocket to go to a new eye doctor to get the prescription corrected because this office has essentially refused to respond after multiple attempts to call and speak to the doctors.
