I went for an appointment today and will not be go

My appointment was for a flare up of rosacea. I was a patient of Dr. Condry and Dr.Brooks for 30 years. They always helped me and also listened to my concerns. Today I meant with Shauna Cole and I felt that she did not listen to my concerns. She basically said she could not help me and to see my pcp to see if I could change my blood pressure med and that that could help my rosacea. Never heard of this over my 30 years. Of being a pt. Here. I asked her to look at my chart and she said I already did. Very surprised she didn't see what the other Dr's. Had ordered for me in the past. She refused to order that same medicine. My 5 minute visit didn't help and I had to pay 20 dollars for nothing. Very disappointed.
