Dr Essenburg has treated both my daughters and I find her to be warm and caring but the staff at the front desk is very rude and the support staff is in need of training. I was asked to make a facial appointment for my daughter and after I arrived, I was told that it couldn't be done because she didn't discontinue her topical treatment. I was never told this and at the next visit Dr Essengurg said there was no need to discontinue her medication beforehand. Also, the front desk asks for differing amounts of a co-payment when checking in for visits and refused to look at the Excelsior pass for verification of Covid immunizations.
