I saw Dr. Jacobs for Btx (this website does not allow you to spell that word out) injections to reduce crow's feet lines around the eyes. He popped multiple blood vessels, which left me with a very dark black eye for 5 weeks. Typically black eyes last for 2-3 weeks but I was told by a dermatologist that the numbers of blood vessels that were popped must have been numerous judging by the amount of blood pooled under my eye. I went to show Dr. Jacobs and he did not even say sorry. I had to cover it with make-up, but at times under strong lighting it was still visible and people at work asked me questions. It was a horrible experience. I went there to improve my looks, instead I was traumatized. I wish I could upload a photo so you could see how bad it was. Dr. Jacobs, it is time to either get a vein light used by many doctors that inject Btx or you should retire. Never going back.
