I made a call to get some information on an existing patient. The young lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and she put me on hold to ask Diane my question. Diane then gets on the phone very rudely. She did not give her name or anything. Diane states that she could not give that information out without the patient consent. I asked for the fax number because we could have her sign the consent to release the information. Diane would not provide the fax number. Then I asked her name, and she stated 'Diane' all the while the lady in the background is laughing. Then I asked for her last name and she stated that 'it was no concern of mine,' and hung up the phone. I called back from a different number and the lady stated that Diane was the office manager. There is no way that she should be dealing with the public. She is horrible and very rude to be in an office dealing with patients that have mental disorders. Someone definitely needs to look into this. Have a wonderful day.
