Stay away - impossible to deal with
Avoid this place like the plague. It's fine when you're there, but very hard to get in touch with them if you ever need to ask something. They made a mistake submitting my insurance claims and have been terrible about fixing it. Six months later and they still haven't fixed it. Find a doctor you can actually get in touch with and who cares about their patients.
