Misleading and high prices on frames
Helpful but extremely overpriced on the frames. Misleading in price information. The sales person kept telling me my frames cost $250 and after the fact, I find out they charged me $350. He says he assumed I knew he was referring to the $100 my insurance would pay. I found that extremely misleading. I wouldn't buy $350 for simple reading glasses frames, especially when I know the same frames are at the most $230 at other retailers and $125 online. Very dissatisfied with the way they did business. Also, the optometrist was cold, detached and didn't seem to want to answer my questions.
