Huge insurance racket
Office is very difficult to get hold of, get straight answers or even have them return calls. Servicing of hearing aids is very poor - and they force you to see the doctor even if you just want a hearing test or an aid adjustment. Despite me telling them repeatedly that I have an ENT doctor I am in touch with and only needed to see the audiologist they refused to let me do this even though they were very happy to sell me a $6000 hearing device a few years ago.
