Practically no wait time for my visit. The staff were great

Double billing, poorly organized, and no way to actually speak to someone with authority in the office. Oh, and you probably won't see the doctor you requested.

The Murray Hill office is a disorganized nightmare and their billing system is inaccurate and frustrating. I received a bill in May that listed a Covid test that I distinctly remember I refused to take during my visit, as I had taken both a Rapid and a PCR test a few hours before my appointment. It took me two months of many calls to have the Covid test removed from my bill, only to notice that the July version of my bill included a flu test that wasn't included on the May or June versions of this bill. Several weeks and calls later, I was just informed that the flu test was legitimate, six months after my visit. This process was painful and I wouldn't be surprised if, after I paid the bill, they send me another bill with a new service that they didn't include on my May - August bills. This company is a joke and I'd caution anyone visiting them to get a written copy of all the tests they give you before you leave their office. Otherwise you risk getting shady bills several months later

Terrible customer service and management. Arrived for first appointment virtually and told I wasn't on the schedule, despite receiving a confirmation email and intake paperwork prior. Second appointment was cancelled the morning of. What I believed was the third appointment apparently was just a 10 minute "intake", instead of the 30 minute initial session I had been told I was receiving. Fourth appointment I arrived at virtually and was once again told I was not on the schedule. I am not one to usually post public reviews, but have never experienced this level of ineptitude from a healthcare provider before. Unfortunately I can not comment on the services provided as after a MONTH and 4 different bookings I am still yet to see a provider.

I have been a loyal patient for several years however after my recent experience I would be very hesitant to go back or recommend them. I am between insurance providers because of covid I had to find a new job so I’m stuck without until October 1st however have run out of a vital medication that I have been taking for years. I called in the hope that they could at least send through a prescription for me. Finances are stretched right now so I was hoping they would be happy understanding. THEY WERE NOT. Even though they were doing consults online that’s somehow my fault for not going in to the office even though their office was closed last year and they were doing all consults online. They completely disregarded the needs of a patient. They weren’t considerate or offered any solution. DO NOT GO HERE if you value respectable and loyal service. You won’t get it. They do not care if you are in pain or struggling everyday. That’s all you need to know if you are trying to find a goo
