The doctors in the practice are good---I have been a patient there for years. However, the office staff is rude and they do not process record requests. I have been trying to get my medical records sent for quite some time. The office is claiming they never received any requests from my life insurance company, however, there is evidence that they were contacted multiple times by my life insurance company and they simply did not respond. When I called to inquire, they got upset that I was advocating for myself when I asked them why this hasn't been processed (after I was put on a long hold and previously sent to a voicemail that didn't receive messages). If you are a patient who self advocates and wants things done in a timely manner, find another office. I know I will be moving to another practice immediately.
