CNY Family Nursing Practitioners

TL;DR choose a different practice for your primary care.Unprofessional is an understatement. Our NP left this practice and the transition has been nothing short of a nightmare. My insurance would cover a 90 day supply of medication, yet they are unwilling to write a prescription for more than 30 days as 'that is what we are legally liable for'. I will now go without needed medication until I am able to established myself as a new patient with my NP at her new office. On top of that, requests submitted to CNY to transfer patient information to other providers have been ignored. The office assistants in this office are childish and rude, and clearly incapable of performing basic record keeping and transfer. Glad I've only been a patient for less than a year.
