Evolve Psychiatry

Many office staff can be incredibly rude — I understand this is a psychiatric office, but often the employees treat you like you’re crazy and stupid. Multiple times on the phone I am cut off mid-sentence or hung up on, even when answering their questions or giving short, polite thanks. I began my medication journey here but the staff scorned me for not already knowing how the pharmaceutical process works. Certain office staff seem aware of their cruel colleagues and go above and beyond in customer service for patients, but these kind souls are in the minority. I will be leaving Evolve for another psychiatrist because either the company or my PA won’t prescribe a generic form of my depression meds that won’t cost me $500 at the pharmacy. I dread interacting with this office.

I had a great experience during my recent. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, and I felt comfortable right away. My provider took the time to truly listen to my concerns and made sure I understood all of my treatment options. I left the office feeling more confident in managing my depression and grateful for the care I received.

I called evolve psychiatry recently I explained my issues and my diagnosis to them as to what I needed to be seen for. A staff member there spoke to me and assured me that they had many patients that are being seen with the same exact issues. So time comes for my appointment I see the head doctor there I sit down with him I have my medical records my diagnosis I show him everything and he says he has never seen a patient with this syndrome. Absolutely appalling not only is he incompetent but the staff absolutely lied to me. I am beyond disgusted. Stay far away from this facility. Trust me on this. There are many many other doctors to choose from. Don’t waste you’re time here.
