Rude and not a caring place to go anymore

I have been going to see Dr Silverstien since he started the Morgan Road practice, and before that at North Med. Today I called to make an appointment to be seen for extreme back pain and was told by the RUDEST receptionist named Jen that I have been released from care at their practice. She asked if I had a recent mammogram and when I said I did not, she said thats why they discharged me from care and then HUNG UP. NO offer to get me a doctor order to GET a current mammogram. I will go to urgent care, and then I will be finding a doctor that has an office staff with compassion.
