The general office functioning is terrible. The phone message today states the office is closed. I called another office and they got through to Glenville and proceeded to transfer me and no one would answer. I called the other office again and they transferred me again. Glenville office answered this time when I explained that the phone message states that the office is closed she said well you’re the first to tell us this and hung up on me. My NP, Dana Gallacchi, is wonderful however. She goes over and above for wellness of her patients. She really works well for me and my health. She reaches out to me and is extremely professional. If only you can get through when you call the office. This is not the first time I could not get through.
