Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group

I had an MRI at Orlin & Cohen in Garden City. I was scheduled for a follow-up visit 11 days later to discuss the results. I arrived at the office at 2:03 PM for a 2:15 appointment. At 2:15 I was informed that there was no doctor there to see me, & to come back 2 hrs. later at 4:15. Meanwhile, I had received a text that morning confirming my appointment at 2:15. I told the woman to have the doctor call me with the results. I left & went home. I then got a text saying I was scheduled for that day at 4:15. I called Orlin & Cohen, & again, instructed the staff to please have the doctor call me with the results. It is now over 3 weeks later, and no one has called me. I went into my patient portal & printed the MRI results. I googled any terms I was not familiar with. I can only conclude that because I didn't go back to the office, for which I would have been charged a co-pay & my insurance would also been charged, Orlin & Cohen saw no need to call me.
