aloof and seemed to barely care
Well that’s the first and last time I go there. Dr Yentzer was aloof and spent about 5 minutes with me and shuffled me off with a concerning diagnosis and an Rx for a cream i’ve never heard of in my life and a pamphlet to explain what he didn’t want to take time to. most of the staff was friendly, hence 2stars and not 1, though the first receptionist completely ignored me.. i had to peak around a corner to find someone willing to acknowledge me and check me in. too bad, i thought I had found a good derm close to where I live. will travel somewhere else next time

The Dr. spent about 10 quick minutes with my son. He wasn't interested in listening to my concerns and was condescending. He seemed to already have in his mind the diagnosis before he came into the room which was completely incorrect. $280 for those 10 minutes and $80 for a prescription that hasn't worked. A complete waste of time and money. I suggest going someplace where the Dr. actually listens to the symptoms and looks at the patient.
