best nail trimming EVER. took time to do a fantastic job. caring, warm personality. I am a fan & will drive the 35 mins even though there are podiatrists closer. (i'm 78 with eye issues which makes driving hard)

Outstanding team and exceptional doctors. I went to Sims & Associates for a second opinion and am so glad I did. I was misdiagnosed by my original doctor, but Dr. Negron provided excellent care, accurately diagnosed my issue, and helped guide me to a full recovery. The office staff is top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a reliable podiatry practice.

The friendliness of the staff and the compassion of the physician.

Am in my 70s and big toe on each foot has thick nail hard to trim, turning inward, no pain or anything, just need some help. Had a gentle assist from the second generation Dr Sims and he did a wonderful job, trimming each toe, both feet, and smoothing/buffing afterwards. The new office in Eastdale is easy to find and well run. I started with Dr Sims’ dad years ago and have had excellent care for foot issues ever since. They are absolutely 5 -star!

My visit was astonishing, both the prompt attention and quick analysis of the 'hole' on the bottom of my left foot. This was my best experience in my health problems in my 80 year life. I thank the Sims group for helping me in a tough situation.

I recently had a few issues with my feet and had seen Dr. Vysotskyy. He was always very informative on procedures, outcomes and expectations when treating the issues I was experiencing. He was always patient and answered any questions I had. He was also very considerate, being sure to not cause any additional pain. Everyone at the Fishkill office was friendly and helpful. I will be sure to recommend Dr. Vysotskyy to anyone looking for a podiatrist.

Pain left foot big toe.

After my podiatrist retired I have been to 2 different podiatrists. After 2nd podiatrist was impossible to get an urgent appointment due to working 2 days a week, I called Sims & associates. From first contact with them, I loved them! They got me in the day I called with Dr. Dubal. From their staff at the front desk, to the nurses, to Dr. Dubal, they were so helpful, polite and exceptional. I will Never go anywhere else. I have told many people about them and my daughter has even started going there. Have been there 4 times so far and each time it is a pleasure dealing with them. You are not just a number to them, you are their patient.

The visit was professional and efficient. I had all of my questions patiently answered and I was talked through the procedure. I had a great experience, Dr. Vysotskyy was fantastic.
