Booked an appointment on the website. Requested telehealth apt in the comments. This is because calling the clinic is thw WORST. Hold times and telephone staff are rude and dont want to assist. They just want to Reshedule and not listen to the patients request. I asked the fro t desk to request the doctor to call me during my appointment time. She told me comms we down and gave me an option to reshedule fo 24 May. Just unexceptable. Website doesn't give u the option to choose between telehealth and face 2 face. This should change after the patient selects established patient and reson for visit. Also option to add pictures should be added for telehealth visi. Olga Gaskins saved my life. She sent me a link to telehealth. I was able to be seen on time and get the help I needed. Extremely grateful to her.
