I tried to cancel an appointment through the portal and was denied. Then I called the office, selected the appointment option and waited 20 minutes on hold. No one ever picked up.I had to literally drive to the office to cancel. Dysfunctional office.

Everyone is great and caring

After an initial screening appointment, I had a colonoscopy scheduled at this office. I followed all the inconvenient instructions: vastly altering my diet for a full week, taking time off work, arranging for a ride, and fasting the day before the procedure, as required. Less than an hour before I was supposed to start the necessary medications, the office called to reschedule my appointment due to what they readily admitted was an error on their part. I spoke to several people in the office who offered insincere apologies but were completely unwilling to do anything to make this right or change scheduling procedures so this doesn't happen to other patients. This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever encountered, and I will be rescheduling with a different practice altogether. If you must go to this practice, be prepared to be treated rudely and with a complete and utter lack of respect.
