The rudeness of the front office staff and unprofessional attitudes of nursing staff. Requested Doctor's form to obtain Handicap Vehicle tag. Told by nurse it would be ready the next day at 'mid-morning' Went to Cazenovia the next morning and called from car to double check pick-up. Nurse who answered phone advised me that no one said any such thing about pick-up. I explained again that nurse told me the time and it would be ready by 'midmorning'. She became loud and insisted that never happened and that she sat right next to nurse that talked to me. I finally responded by saying that there was no reason for me to make this story up....and to travel 40 miles for nothing. After some abrasive comments from the nurses, I told them they were lying...and I would discontinue using the services of this office (I had been a patient on and off for 6 years). Dr Ciccone was great but he has a serious staffing problem. Not the first time I or other patients have experienced these problems
