Novel Reading.
When you go to your assigned appointment definitely make sure. You brought a novel with you because if you didn't. You will get fatigue on the no cushion chairs and fall asleep! You will be subjected to a full patient waiting room. That the staff has no urgency on your assigned appointment time! If you have any plans that day outside your assigned appointment. CANCEL YOUR PLANS!!!

They just don't care
Cursory exams from doctors who act like they're too busy for you to outright apathy from nurses and staff. A medical office with a full mailbox indicates no one is keeping up with checking messages. Their being short staffed is not the patients problem. Maybe they're overbooking.Our GP told us that my husband had a 'severe' condition and to call his cardio specialist based on a test result she had sent over to them. There was no call from them so he called but had to leave a message requesting a return call. No call back so he tried again a few days later. Full mailbox. Called a third time and the scheduler said she'd get the test in front of a nurse who would call him. No such call happened.After almost 3 WEEKS of back and forth trying to get an answer while worrying and still no return call from anyone, we've had his records transferred to a new cardiologist who really cares about his patients and gives them the professionalism, ti
