My first appointment for a regular exam could not have gone any smoother!Every staff member and provider here are intelligent, kind, considerate people with hearts of gold.They made what is not exactly a fun experience go quickly and comfortably.I will now hesitate and procrastinate my next appointment significantly less. Please consider this practice if you have concerns, fears or general discontent for these kind of exams. They made all the difference for me.

They put me on the street while I was under anesthesia! The girls at the front desk told me to go outside when my escort hadn’t arrived yet. They told me to go down the elevator and wait there. I had no idea. I was drugged from a surgery! I just did what they told me to do. All the girls had to do was tell me to wait in the waiting area but they wanted me out so they could talk on the phone. What!?! My escort was late cuz they only gave him a heads up right before I went under & he had been given a later time for pickup. So he was late and I ended up waiting on the street next to homeless men peeing while I came back from my anesthesia! Most irresponsible hospital I’ve ever been to. Those girls at the front desk are DUMMIES!!!
