Dr Kupfer is knowledgeable, dedicated, and creative. She sent the hearing aids twice to the lab to modify until they were easy to insert and felt comfortable to wear. Appointments were at convenient times, punctual, and not rushed. She is friendly and puts one at ease. I can honestly and sincerely recommend Dr Kupfer
