AVOID at all costs! After 4 appointments, 2 of which were made incorrectly and caused me to go all the way to the facility to find them CLOSED during my appointment time for urgent prenatal symptoms, or unable to perform the procedure (they said, oh so sorry, we were supposed to call you - I had been on the phone with them earlier that day and no one told me!). On the 2 visits I did see a doctor, they were short with me, did not answer questions, and shouted sensitive patient information in the hallways. They are extremely overbooked and unable to handle the volume of appointments. I called and spoke with the manager, she was extremely rude, and did not offer an apology or resolution.

I visited 5925 15th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11219 9/27/2021 at 12:15 PM for a yearly check up with Dr. Zafra who is by far the most incredible human being I have ever met who happen to be my delivering doctor for my first child. I brought in my daughter in at 6 weeks with no issues at all. Called a head of time to make sure I can bring my daughter in again due to lack of child care and only having my spouse able to watch our baby on the weekends only to be turned away today! I waited two months to make this appointment. "Are you vaccinated? Do you know there is still COVID?" Are you kidding me? The older frail woman with short hair treated me like an utter alien after she scolded my 4 month old baby! The office manager and her self were so unprofessional. Made zero exception for me or at least offer a sincere apology. I offered to wait outside until it was my turn to be called in. Must be Jewish to be treated fair here.
