I have never been so disrespected in my life. For a month and a half, I have been calling in between my insurance and the office with both telling me that they have no idea about my medication. I have to ask for the office manager to get anything done. The woman who is supposed to be on my case doesn't call me back or calls me after the clinic closes so I can't call back. She left me a voice message two days ago saying this wouldn't be her job anymore so I should talk to the person responsible for it next Monday when the information the insurance wants is due next week. This is disgusting and degrading. I have a debilitating heart condition and I have to beg for my medication? In fact, it's a condition that's so temperamental that I need a special, singular, drug for it. A drug that no one is helping me with since they hang up the moment I call. If this is happening to me, it's definitely happening to people who can't advocate for themselves. Don't come here. Don't even look at it.
