EKG techs and receptionists are great, very warm and friendly and clearly know what they're doing. The doctor I saw was another story. A new PCP referred me here regarding symptoms I'd had chronically, daily, for over 20 years, with the intention to get a specialist opinion on what he believes my dx to be. The dr. here cut me off while I explained, laughed, and told me I have an acute condition because of one specific, more recently occurring symptom out of the half dozen or so I told him I've had for years, and that I will 'grow out of it.' Refused me diagnostic testing and plainly told me he didn't want to go with my PCP's dx so I wouldn't 'have to' be medicated to manage my symptoms. This doctor was unprofessional, dismissive, and condescending. I got the sense of someone more pleased with himself about holding the title of 'doctor' than concerned with or committed to treating patients to the best of his ability, with dignity or respect.

Dr. Ribbeck is excellent and always runs on time. Great location. Staff very polite and helpful.

I'd recommend the doctor. Never had issues with check in/out process. Staff is friendly. Idk if staff do not read my chart or don't communicate with each other, but I had to repeat my med list, my concerns, my questions and wanted to hand in paperwork, but it was always "the next person" will address this. Not every patient has textbook health issues; I wish they'd take time to consider other possibilities before rushing me out the door.
