Las Vegas Heart Associates - North Tenaya Way

I had a STEMI and a week later a follow-up stent from Dr Levisman. He performed well. Unfortunately, the staff at his office seem very uncaring and unhelpful. My work required paperwork to be filled out due to the nature of my leave being more than 5 days. The staff could not care less. I was told at first the forms would be filled out but for my hospital stay. I asked if that would include up until my visit as well as it was for 2 more weeks out. She said to email the forms and someone would call me, I did no one ever called or responded to my email about the FMLA forms for my leave. A nurse from Mountain View contacted me and said she would contact them. I was then contacted by with an immediate 'go back to work tomorrow!' message and a refusal to fill out the forms. They treated myself and my wife poorly and then sent overly chipper emails about my return to work. Very disappointed.
