This place is horrible. The dentist got up multiple times to take personal phone calls regarding setting up her own office. I went in for a routine check up and was talked into replacing a crown that was not causing me any discomfort at the time. Since insurance covered most of it, i agreed. Six hours later, I was sore and had an ill fitting crown. went back a week later to try and get relief from the pain but my gums and jaw was too swollen for them to work on. I had to come back another week later. The next dentist couldn’t believe how poorly that crown fit and spent an hour or so fixing it. My jaw bone was bruised from the contact of the ill fitting crown causing my a poor bite. So I go in with no pain and no complaints for a routine check up. I leave six hours later in pain for a month with an ill fitting crown. To top it off, they call me 4 to 5 months later and tell me they misquoted me a price and I owe them another 500 bucks. So I’m out 1200 bucks for an ill fitting crown

I never do this, but this place is so bad that I have to warn others not to go here! I don't remember why I picked this place for a 2 year session of Invisalign, I think perhaps it was a friend referral to a specific ortho who was there at the time, but that person left right after I started my first trays. Her replacement was horrible, inattentive to changes in my plan and absolutely incapable of making decisions based off my unique circumstances with the program. It was very clear that this person was just blindly following what automated programs were telling him to follow, instead of paying attention to the unique circumstances of his patient. The experience got so bad that I asked them to abruptly stop, so that I could look for another opinion with another doctor. After I ended my sessions with them and without my knowledge, or any correspondence through email or phone calls (I later found out they had my email and phone number incorrect), they kept billing my account long after I
