The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any Doctor office. My husband and I moved to Henderson and were looking for a new doctor, we actually never saw a doctor ever. We met with the PA and he ordered labs for both of us. We scheduled follow up visits to go over our lab work. Of course still no doctor, again the PA. We met with him together and our visits lasted about 10 minutes total. My husband had to bring to his attention that his levels were high on his kidneys and the PA just said oh okay. That was it. Fast forward to a month later my husband needed a refill of his medication and I called for him as he was at work. They tolerate me that they would need to speak with him. I scheduled for them to call him on his way home from work and they requested he pull off the freeway to give them a $25.00 payment over the phone to refill his prescription. He was like “wait, what”, you want me to pull off a freeway to give you $25.00 to refill my prescription. He said this is horrible
